week 2!

boook outt!! week 2 at scs seemed to pass much faster than our 1st week, probably cause of the faster pace and more activities. last week was well spent and 1st book in with civilian clothes at 9+ pm was so nice, plus camp is now in mainland. ate out with family etc to make up for lost time. nite snacks in camp are ever so good with varying cakes/bread/cookies blah, last nite was one of the best, we had brownies/ smth like pineapple tarts , custard buns and milo wooots !  friday was the peak cause we had  SOC full run downs, then cheerleading/dance practices for sports day... haha we danced to kesha's tick tock and gwen stefani's wind it up, was quite enjoyable doin funny actions with bunch of great buddies. sports day and family engagement week todae, brought family around scs showed them my bunk and bed ...

week ends are here!! went out to town the past few days, caught up with some frens bef booking into scs on monday. been doin my pull up regimes daily and just did a 2.4km nite jog, i just love nite jogs, the temperatures are great and just so refreshing after the jog.. really miss those days where i had almost all the free time in the world before enlistment, well ns did make me stronger , mentally that is. 

Uruguay vs Germany later, shall try to stay awake hehe..

block leave is almost over, it just flew past like tat...after 9 weeks at tekong, im posted to scs, they made changes to the system this yr, it wasnt called scs last year. they call it command school and we are trained to be commanders. im gonna be trained as a specialist infantry leader for 8 weeks in my foudnation term, then will get more info where i go for my professional term which is 12.5 weeks more. heard frm previous feb batch ppl that its quite a fun journey there :P

POP Lo! its been rather nice to enjoy block leave after 9 weeks of basic military training, great memories remained, platoon jokes, bunk jokes and all and wat we did together as one, i guess i wont forget such great times we all spent together. i love my bunkmates, they are really nice ppl, lame/ funny / exciting ppl xD

it rained quite heavily on fri  after our 24 km route march , so our main parade was cancelled, we practiced that for quite some time , wasted lar.. sunday was spent goin out buying stuff etc , went to safra mount faber to get some army stuff, was quite a nice place there quite crowded for an early suday... after that dad brought me to the chinatown area, had some milk tea at a cafe which was newly opened which sits above an open space looking down to part of the whole chinatown, was quite a nice feeling seeing ppl move arnd there were like so many things happening arnd...felt like a tourist walking arnd china town haha

went to somerset on monday at scape to settle some stuff , btw the new scape beside cineleisure looks like a nice place to eat and shop :) then chked out the food fiesta at taka's main atruim. quite a variety of food being sold there .. got hooked to couple of songs since i booked out of tekong , placed them into my mixpod playlist on the right ;P

been bz on mon/ todae for almost the whole day and its gonna be early tomrw too, hopefully all goes well!

2 weeks ago at bugis' wang jiao char can teng :) love their western grill there :P
